具体职位要求如下：
Heat Transfer Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Create and validate heat transfer models.
2.Collaborate with different functional teams to deliver design details.
3.Perform engineering analysis required to verify design performance
  and reliability.
4.Conduct heat transfer testing and data reduction work.
5.Support heat exchanger improvement work for global business units.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

1.BS or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in
  thermodynamics and heat transfer.
2.3 to 5 years experience; a new graduate with applicable experience
  will be considered.
3.Demonstrated competency in at least one area of heat transfer
  or thermal systems design.
4.Experience with the design process for heat exchangers and
  refrigeration systems required.
5.Overall knowledge of Machinery Standards， specifically air
  conditioning standards as ASHRAE， ARI etc.
6.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and ability
  to work in a team environment required.
